Community Shred Event benefiting Sequim Free Clinic and Sponsored by Sound Community Bank. Sequim, WA – As cases of identity theft and fraud continue to rise, take advantage of The Sequim Free Clinic’s Community Shredding Event sponsored by Sound Community Bank to ensure your vital information remains protected.
The event will take place Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (or until the truck is full) in the front parking lot at Trinity United Methodist Church located at 105 S Blake Ave in Sequim.
Please limit to 3 standard banker boxes or bags of personal, confidential paper documents such as tax returns, medical records, bank statements and other sensitive materials to be shredded on-site by a professional shredding service. All shredded paper will then be recycled.
To ensure everyone has the opportunity to shred their important documents, all participants are asked to review and remove all items such as junk mail, schoolwork catalogs, newspapers, magazines, and all papers that can be recycled with your curbside recycling collection.
Suggested donations at $20 or more to support The Sequim Free Health Clinic are welcome! All participants in the shredding event can enter a drawing for a variety of door prizes from local merchants.
