Join us each Monday morning for a soothing blend of breathwork, guided affirmations, and the hum of healing crystal singing bowls. This experience is more than relaxation—it’s a reset for your nervous system.

Sound healing has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural way of shifting out of stress and into calm. The tones and vibrations can slow your heart rate, quiet anxious thoughts, and support emotional release. Breathwork helps anchor you into the moment, and affirmations gently rewire the inner dialogue.
