We begin with a guided breathwork journey using a rhythmic, extended breathing pattern to open the body, soften the mind, and access the subconscious. This experience is supported by a curated feminine reclamation playlist and intuitive energy work to move stagnant emotion, clear outdated patterns, and awaken the feminine body’s innate intelligence.

From this softened space, you’ll be immersed in a Venus Gong bath – a vibrational sound healing attuned to the planetary frequency of Venus, evoking love, self worth, and harmony.

We’ll close with grounding and an integration circle to anchor what you’ve reclaimed and remind you that you never walk alone.
