We'll begin with yoga nidra coupled with aromatherapy to guide you into deep relaxation.

You’ll then be immersed in the resonant tones of crystal and brass singing bowls, a deep and expansive gong, gentle chimes, and sacred indigenous instruments, each chosen for their ability to calm the mind, restore balance, and awaken inner clarity.

Through the weaving of sound and stillness, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where you can reconnect with your essence—bridging a profound connection to Source, to the rhythms of nature, and to the wisdom within.
