Conceriege Bio:

Allo Gilinsky is Certified Cicerone and beer enthusiast who grew up in Sebastopol, CA and has been involved in the beer industry over the last decade. He's run tours at Russian River Brewing, been an marketing manager for a European style beer hall, and recently started his own events and consulting business as The Craft Beer Concierge. He loves to deep dive into beer styles, ingredients, and the interplay of how food and beer pair together.
