End of Life Transition

Facing the end of life—your own or a loved one’s—can be both challenging and transformational. This unique event, led by acclaimed educator and “death midwife” Jerrigrace Lyons, offers guidance and resources for approaching dying with love, awareness, and dignity. Participants will learn about the importance of advance directives, creative ceremony, holistic support, and the option of family-directed home funerals, while gaining skills for bringing peace, compassion, and meaning to the final passage.

Whether your goal is to plan ahead, support someone in need, or find healing after a loss, this program provides a space for questions, sharing, and deeply respectful learning.
