Join Ananda Sky and Rachel Sousa for Kundalini Vibration—a transformative experience blending Kundalini yoga, Reiki, and sound healing. This class is designed to guide you on a journey of the self, through the self, to the true self. Through movement, mantra, and vibration, we will awaken the wisdom of the chakras and restore balance, harmony, and inner radiance.

Meet Your Guides
🧘♀️ Ananda Sky
Ananda Sky is a dedicated yoga teacher and lifelong student of the healing arts. With over 20 years of yoga practice, she trained in Tibetan Heart Yoga with Lama Padma in 2012 and discovered Kundalini Yoga in Sebastopol in 2015. She has been teaching Kundalini for the past four years and continues to deepen her path through studies with Snatam Kaur’s online Kirtan and Kundalini school. Passionate about mantra, children’s yoga, and holistic healing, Ananda is currently completing her Ayurvedic medicine degree at the California College of Ayurveda.

🔮 Rachel Sousa
Rachel Sousa is an intuitive healer and integrative wellness practitioner with over two decades of experience in the healing arts. A Sonoma County native, her work began with esthetics and evolved into a multidimensional practice incorporating massage, Reiki, sound therapy, crystal healing, and intuitive energy work. Rachel is a Reiki Master, certified sound healer, and licensed massage therapist whose training spans from the National Holistic Institute to the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and the Love and Light Crystal Healing School. She brings a warm, grounded presence and deep sensitivity to every session.
