Join us as we tap into our inner resources through guided meditation, gentle breathing exercises and grounding techniques.

Please arrive on time to get a space to settle in. Dress comfortably and bring a blanket if you would like. Doors will close promptly at 10:10 with no entry afterwards.

This is a donation-based offering drawing from the Hindu, Buddhist and Sikh tradition of generosity (dana). Cultivating the spirit of generosity is a powerful and stabilizing practice that deepens the awareness of our interconnectedness and encourages non-attachment. It benefits both the giver and the receiver. The giver practices sharing and letting go and the recipient practices acceptance of what is presented.
