Held in the beautiful, historic Woodlawn Hall, this is your chance to take a break from the noise and tune into deep relaxation.

James Tan – Founder of Yerbana & Flow Church, James is passionate about holistic health, sound healing, yoga, breathwork, and energy work. His sessions help release tension, open the heart, and promote deep healing. ➡️ James @jamesjtan

Rachel – A dedicated yogi, sound healer, and Registered Nurse, Rachel blends yoga, therapeutic sound, and healing touch to create a deeply restorative experience. She is passionate about self-care, love, and guiding others on their journey to well-being. ➡️ Rachel @rachmoli
