Join us for our May New Moon Circle - Healing the Sister Wound

As always this will be an evening of connection, healing, and empowerment. This time, we come together to explore the Sister Wound, which is the pain, distrust, or dis-ease that many women feel when relating to other women. We have been weaponized against eachother... Instead of viewing the other woman as a sister, we see her as an enemy, competition, or source of harm. 

This sense of alienation is designed by the patriarchal society to keep women small and fighting each other, rather than fighting a larger system of inequality and oppression. NO MORE

It's time to make magic together - to be the change the world needs. We can't do it alone - we will do it together. It starts with gathering and witnessing eachother... not just the "pretty stuff" but in the hard, shadowy stuff too. When we share all parts of ourselves, we find solidarity.

What to Expect:

• Arrive, socialize and settle in
• I'll invite you into some nervous system regulation exercises (breathing, visualization, etc.)
• We'll talk about and reflect on our topic
• We'll share - this is the best part
• We'll ground ourselves
• Bring a journal and wear something cozy
