Class Description:
Rebuild your strength from the inside out in this 30-minute postnatal yoga class designed to support your recovery, connection, and confidence.

Whether your baby is in your arms, resting nearby, or you’re enjoying a solo moment—Mama Strong meets you exactly where you are.

This class focuses on gentle, effective movements to reawaken your core, reconnect with your pelvic floor, and relieve common postpartum tension in the shoulders, neck, and hips. Every sequence is designed with your healing body in mind, and modifications are offered throughout.

Come as you are. Come with your baby or by yourself. Just come to feel stronger, more supported, and more you again.

Open to all postpartum bodies. Please wait for clearance from your provider (usually 4–6 weeks postpartum).
