Principles of Defensive Shooting & Practice

Thursday, September 11
6pm-8pm, $50
The class will develop skills in the participant by first introducing the four building blocks of defensive shooting.
Then the student will progress to experience the balance of speed and precision to achieve reality-driven results in the use of a handgun in self-defense.
We differentiate between the skills needed in Dynamic Critical Incidents of self-defense vs. just putting rounds downrange in typical practice.
--Various factors that affect the demands of defensive shooting
--How to adjust to precision demands
--Delivering rapid shots accurately
--How to incorporate the physiological and psychological natural responses to stress
All the training material and tools are provided in the room, including advanced diagnostic laser SIRT pistols.
