Amid the rush of the holiday season, give yourself the gift of stillness. Join Autumn for a calming five-week Restorative Yoga and Reiki series designed to help you unwind, rebalance, and cultivate inner peace.

Each class blends gentle, fully supported yoga postures with the soothing energy of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, harmony, and energetic renewal. As your body rests in restorative poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, Reiki is offered to encourage deep calm and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.

With only eight participants, this serene series offers a truly personalized experience—your weekly reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and find your own Zen for the holidays.
