UpLift is our new 45-minute floor pilates-inspired workout designed to strengthen, tone, and support your whole body. Each month, we’ll map out a plan so you know exactly what movements and sequences to expect—not just the class style, but the specific exercises you’ll be working on.
Here’s how it works:
✅ Weekly Focus: Each week highlights a specific area of the body (core, glutes, arms, or posture).
✅ Small Weights + Pilates Techniques: Low-impact, floor-based movements combined with light weights to build strength and stability.
✅ Planned Monthly Structure: The workouts are thoughtfully organized for the month, and while we may revisit and repeat routines from month to month, that consistency allows you to build progress, track improvements, and really feel the results.
It’s the perfect blend of strength, stability, and flow—designed to uplift your body and your mindset!
