A gentle heart-opening circle with ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and intention.

Join Carrie and Kim for a cozy Winter Solstice cacao ceremony designed to gently open the heart and calm the nervous system. We’ll sip warm ceremonial cacao, receive personal energy clearing with rose water & palo santo, then drop into a guided meditation, simple journal prompt, and intention-setting ritual for the season ahead.
