SWEAT SOCIAL

Get your sweat on and then hang out with your shack-ers!
Once a month, we will host a Sweat Social meant to be a space of community and connection after our famous power sweat class. We’ll explore a local Rosemary District establishment after class!

Class runs from 6-7 with optional community connection time following.
