Sound, Vibration and Prayer Circle

Join us for an intentional experience of sound, vibration and prayer…. Come relax, breathe, breathe…. And heal, open, let go.

Facilitated by Justin Mathews, story writer, author, and merchant marine, as well as musician. He’ll be playing crystal bowls, crystal harp, drum and other instruments as well as offer chant that you can participate in with your own voice or just feel the vibrations in your bones and be present to your intention.
This is a safe space to move or be however you like….. releasing truama or tension of any kind. Not a dance space so much as meditation and space to be /feel/breathe. Be mindful. This is by donation and before ecstatic dance for those who’d like to participate in both. Ecstatic dance Red Tent womens only dance begins with opening circle at 6:30pm and is dj-Ed live with dj kat.
