A Work in Process Showing with LaMichael Leonard, Jr.
Join us for an evening of process with dancer and choreographer LaMichael Leonard, Jr. In this process-oriented showing, live audiences are invited to sit in on an open rehearsal that provides insights into the building of a new work. Through this body-based presentation with selected dancers in rehearsal, the artist shares a behind the curtain look at how dances are created. After the showing, audience will hear from LaMichael in an informal conversation that unpacks the magic and machinery of dance-building.
