Look no further! Join us for our Parkinson’s Care Partner Support Group, specifically for family care partners caring for a loved one with Parkinson’s.

Facilitated by Neuro Challenge Foundation, a professional care advisor specializing in Parkinson’s support.

📍 Where: ActivAge Sarasota | 3801 Bee Ridge Rd, Ste 5, Sarasota, FL 34233

This support group is in partnership with ActivAge Adult Day Center and takes place on the 3rd Mondays monthly.

Neuro Challenge will facilitate a support group for Care Partners while their loved one with Parkinson’s is welcome to join in the fun at the center, at no charge!

This is a great opportunity to explore respite possibilities during the meeting. Our support groups are meant to empower care partners by sharing tips, ideas, experiences, and networking.
