During this group, we will flow through:
→ Gentle guided movement & breathwork to open the body and clear blocked energy
→ Heart-led journaling to release what’s heavy and call in new intentions
→ Sound healing activation to soothe your nervous system and raise your frequency
→ Sharing circle for integration
