"Hope and Hard Conversations"
This workshop is open to anyone looking to strengthen their communication skills and create healthier, more productive conversations.
Led by a specialist in nonviolent communication and conflict resolution, we’ll explore tools for:
• Staying grounded during difficult dialogue • Communicating with empathy • Handling disagreement without escalating conflict • Building connection, even in tense moments • Knowing when to engage and when to step back • Approaching tough conversations with confidence instead of fear
Participants will leave with practical skills to confidently and productively engage with people who don’t necessarily see things the same way, and to come out of those conversations with greater understanding and connection.
