Led in collaboration with expert facilitator, Marcy MacPherson, and Still Alive Inside, this interactive support and skill-building group is a safe space to:

✨ Gain insight from other caregivers and family members
✨ Discover emotional support and practical skills for day-to-day challenges
✨ Feel seen, heard, and connected in a welcoming space
