Join us for a NO FRILLS 1-Day Crop @ The Carlisle Inn, Sarasota.
A full day of cropping and crafting with your favorite scrapbooking friends! Join us at the Carlisle Inn located adjacent to the popular Der Dutchman restaurant in Sarasota, FL.
$45 for the day.

Who is putting on this Crop?
3 Crafty Chicks, Jennifer Seavey, Angel Braasch and Maria Rexford are your hostesses. Jenn, Angel and Maria have been friends for over 20 years and about 19 years ago Angel and Maria introduced Jenn to scrapbooking. We have been crafting together regularly ever since. We are not a scrapbooking or crop company and are not looking to make a profit – we just want to break even. We are a couple of fun, crafty ladies who enjoy getting together with other like-minded, talented women to enjoy our hobby. We are hoping we can continue to host similar events going forward and create lasting relationships with those who join us.
What if I need to cancel?
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF 6/1/2024:
We understand that things come up and life can throw curve balls at a moment’s notice. However, we have built a partnership with the Carlisle Inn over the past 5+ years and to maintain our commitment to those of you who attend our events and the hotel, we must be fair and consistent in our policies around cancellations.
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, we can transfer your payment to a future crop or issue a refund if you cancel within the following timelines:
•Up to 30 days prior to the event date a refund or future crop credit equal to the amount paid can be issued.
•Future crop credit must be used within 6 months (one of next two scheduled crops) or the credit will be forfeited.
•30 days to 15 days prior to the event a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus $40 to cover the financial commitments we personally made with the event venue.
•15 Days prior to the event no refunds and no payments can be transferred to a future crop.
•If your hosts must cancel the event for any reason, all registration payments made for this crop will be refunded.
These policies may be adjusted as necessary.
Will you take walk-ins and/or payments at the door?
Only if we have space left! The more the merrier, but the room can only hold so many… Payment must be made in advance to secure your spot.
Are you offering any meals?
Yes, light snacks, drinks and lunch will be provided Friday & Saturday. We wanted to keep the costs feasible for everyone so that more can join us, so the decision was made not to offer dinner.
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
Drinks, lunch, and light snacks are included and there are plenty of nearby food choices available including the delicious Der Dutchman restaurant which is just a short walk across the parking lot. You can order to-go from the restaurant and bring it back to the crop room.
Can I sit with my friends?
Absolutely! We are all friends! If you’d like to sit with your besties, you can request to sit with them as long as they have registered. We will do our best to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Will there be raffles, vendors or games and/or prizes?
Not for this one... this is a NO FRILLS crop.
