Historical European Martial Arts Workshop

Learn about the history of sword fighting and the armor worn in the medieval era. In this workshop, watch a demonstration with steel swords (an exciting clash of steel!) and practice sword fighting (with foam swords) to learn how to use a sword just as a knight would have done.

Children under seven are welcome to learn about armor and sword fighting, and to enjoy the demonstration, but will not be able to participate with the foam sword instruction.

For adults, teens, and children (7+).
