Self Love Walking Club

Join us for our Self Love Walking Club! Let's get our bodies moving while we build one another up.

Meet: 9:00 AM

Stretching: 9:10 AM

Walk Duration: 9:20 AM - 11:00AM

Route: We'll be walking the Emma McCrary Trail (Approx. 3 Miles total)

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

Space is limited. Please RSVP only if you can attend. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so we can accommodate more guests.

What to bring: Plenty of water, sunscreen/SPF moisturizer, and Terra & Self deodorant to stay feeling fresh.

Parking: Street parking is available on Golf Club Drive between the trestle and HWY 9.

Bathrooms: There are no bathrooms so please make sure you use the bathroom before coming on the walk.

Food/Drinks: This trail is away from any food areas. Please remind yourself to bring plenty of water and/or snacks for our walk.

Dogs Allowed: Bring your friendly dogs along for the walk to get their exercise as well! Make sure your dog stays on leash at all times on the trail.

Info: Please arrive within our check-in time as we will be beginning promptly at 9:00 AM.


Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, a filled water bottle, comfortable walking clothes and shoes.

Info: Introduce yourself to the rest of the group and share one fun fact about yourself, followed by a 5 minute stretching session to get our bodies moving and ready to walk.
