This cafe will be at the Sanilac Intermediate School District - Maple Valley, 138 Maple Valley Street in Sandusky. Please enter through the front doors at the southeast corner of the building.
🚸This valuable event is FREE and open to all, but space is limited. Lunch, a gas card, and limited onsite childcare are provided. There will also be giveaways, raffles, and more!

A parent café is a place where parents of all types can gather and share their stories, their experiences, their worries, their fears, their wisdom, and find community and strength together.
The goal of the Parent Café is to create an environment where parents can engage in a conversation with other parents facing similar challenges, joys, and questions surrounding the Five Protective Factors:
1. Parent Resilience
2. Relationships: Positive Social Connections
3. Support: Concrete Support in Times of Need
4. Knowledge: Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development
5. Communication: Social and Emotional Competence
