Full Moon Flow on the Hays Street Bridge

Move, breathe and meditate beneath the glow of the Full Moon at our original h(om)e — the historic Hays Street Bridge. This lunar-inspired vinyasa practice will engage your mind, body, and soul before you surrender into rest in a sweet savasana meditation beneath the moonlit sky.
