Ease into the weekend with an evening of movement, music and mindfulness at Friday Night Live at Zoetic Mindfulness Retreat. Enjoy a grounding yoga practice and restorative sound bath guided by Cassandra Fauss, all set to the soulful sounds of live sitar by Milton Holbrook. Stay after class to sip on traditional Indian chai tea and connect with your fellow yogis in this warm and cozy space. All are welcome, but space is limited.
