Full Moon Hike

Wednesday June 11th – Full Moon Hike

When: 9-10:15PM

Where: Meet at the Playground Parking Lot

Bring: Headlamp (red light preferred) or flashlight, water, wear weather appropriate clothing

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate, ~1.6 miles

Hike along the Talley Valley Trail with Ranger Kennie under the Full Moon. Utilize your senses and explore the park after dark

Additional Information:

* This is an after- hours program. Reserve your day pass online ahead of time ( https://texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com/camping/san-angelo-state-park/r/deDetails.do?contractCode=TX&parkId=1200026 ) or stop by the self-pay station at the entrance of the park. Permits are required while inside the park.

Entrance fees for the park:
$4 for adults 13 & up.
Free for children 12 & under.
Free for Texas State Park Pass holders.
