Ingrid Avison at A Church in Salida

Ingrid Avison, a finalist in this year's Telluride Troubadour Song Contest, is a Colorado-based artist whose music blends soul-pop and folk with themes of transformation, healing, humor and sass. Mixing her smoky vibrato with ethereal siren calls, Ingrid creates emotionally raw experiences through her dynamic vocal range. Ingrid’s live performances cover everything from deep grief to IUDs, inviting you along what she calls the “tears to laughter pipeline.”

For this show Ingrid will be joined by Jeff Dean, a multi-instrumentalist who will bring keys, upright bass, electric guitar and trumpet to the stage. As a duo they create a dynamic and compelling performance.
