Yoga is back at Parkway Brewing! Christine of BodyMindSoul Yoga in Salem, VA is bringing the flow back to Sunday morning.

Beginner’s, Gentle flow, Vigorous Vinyasa/Power and Community (donation based) all levels yoga.
