RedGreen Rivers is pleased to invite you to experience HMong Hemp Weaving with Master Textile Artist Li Sawangcharoensap (Li Yang). Join us for a rare, hands-on cultural experience with Li, who is visiting from Tak, Thailand.
This intimate workshop (limited to 10–15 participants) includes:
Li Yang is a master of a centuries-old art form now endangered by industrialization and globalization. Her U.S. debut celebrates HMong women as cultural bearers and offers a rare opportunity to connect across generations and continents through art, tradition, and sustainability.

SELECT A SESSION:
*About June 4th Session: This is a launching event session, and it is FREE. There will be an artist talk and introduction, but no weaving. Attendees can sign up for other upcoming sessions at the event.
*About June 8th Morning Session: This session focuses on warping a loom, from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon, there is no weaving involved.
