Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath on Saturday, June 28th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the beautiful Healing Arts Collective in St. Paul.

Allow yourself an hour to completely unwind, reset, and reconnect as the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments guide your nervous system into deep relaxation. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or simply time to pause—this experience is designed to meet you where you are.

Please arrive by 10:45 AM to settle in and get comfortable.
