Through the Ayurvedic lens, we’ll examine how the elements and qualities show up in our food and how you can use everyday ingredients to support your health. You'll discover how your kitchen can truly become your medicine cabinet as you learn to work with spices and seasonal produce to support digestion, energy, and well-being. Explore how to pacify Pitta with nutrition and stay cool, calm, and nourished during the summer months.

- Green Pitta Pacifying Smoothie with Celery, Apple, Pear, Lime, Cilantro, & Ginger
- Summer Squash and Zucchini sauteed with Fennel, Coriander, and Dill
