The 2025 Sacramento Pride 5K Run and 3K Walk is a celebration of the strength, perseverance and love of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're a fitness novice or a seasoned runner, this is a wonderful way to experience Pride Month along with your friends, family and allies. Let's get our hearts racing toward the rainbow finish line! Join us in Old Sac in front of the Delta King for a race along the Sacramento River north to Discovery Park and back.

What's included in the registration fee?
Your registration fees get you a race T-shirt and a participation medal. The T-shirt size can be selected during check-out. The shirts are the same for the 5K run and 3K walk. The T-shirt design is forthcoming. Your fees also go to race timing & management, permitting, restrooms, insurance, and all of the logistics to make a race fun, safe and successful.
