Awareness Institute: Wednesday Night Community Class (In-Person and Online)

Our weekly Community Class is about cultivating direct access to who and what you are - beyond what you think - and learning to integrate this deeper awareness into your everyday life, relationships, and work. Through breathwork, focused explorations, and one-on-one and group sharing, we practice being present and bringing joy to the foundational elements of presence: honesty, vulnerability, and responsibility.

This class is offered by-donation every Wednesday evening in a hybrid (in-person and online) format.

If you are attending in-person, we meet in East Sacramento at 890 57th Street.

Themes change from week to week and often build on one another, so we encourage you to make class a regular part of your schedule. Drop-ins are always welcome - surprise us!

Class begins promptly at 7:00 pm PT. We’ll aim to close class at around 8:45, followed by open space for connection.
