Introduction to Prenatal Yoga - 3 YA CEs
Pregnant students often seek the support of yoga classes during this transformative time, but many yoga teachers haven’t received the specialized training to safely and comfortably guide them. This prenatal yoga training bridges that gap, equipping you with essential knowledge and confidence to support pregnant students who attend your regular classes.

Led by Trishna Grigowski R-PYT, RYT-200, this workshop covers key principles for adapting poses, understanding physiological changes, and creating an inclusive, supportive environment.

Please note: this training is designed to supplement your general yoga teaching skills and does not provide a full prenatal yoga certification or curriculum.
