July 1 - Mind Sound Resonance Technique - This is a technique to enter deeper states of meditation by tuning our mind to the resonance of a sound, the chanting of syllables of A-U-M and the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra.

Bring a mat or cushion. A few chairs are available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
