July 15 - Cyclic Meditation - Meditation is not easy as by nature our body and mind tends to get restless. Cyclic meditation is a set of practices based on cycles of stimulation and relaxation with yoga asanas interspersed with supine resting, to help calm both the body and mind.

Bring a mat or cushion. A few chairs are available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
