August 12 - Pranic Energization Technique - Prana or life force is the bridge between mind and matter. This is an advanced technique by which we will use our Prana shakti to energize and revitalize our entire body.

Bring a mat or cushion. A few chairs are available for those who cannot sit on the floor.
