Meditate & Paint Workshop – 90 Minutes of Soulful Creativity

Slow down, breathe deeply, and let your creativity flow. This 1.5-hour workshop is your chance to reconnect with yourself through meditation and art – no experience needed!

We'll begin with a 15-minute guided meditation to centre and ground you, followed by an hour of relaxed acrylic painting to express whatever wants to come through. It's all about intuition and enjoyment – not perfection.

Enjoy a herbal tea as you paint or reflect with like-minded souls.
