Spiritual Art Studio: A Meditative Journey with the Sri Yantra

Join us for a meditative experience centered on the Sri Yantra—a powerful symbol of creative energy, harmony, abundance, and divine connection.

In this gentle spiritual art class, we’ll work with pre-drawn Sri Yantra designs, using coloring as a meditative practice paired with affirmations to align mind, body, and spirit.

As we color, we’ll explore 9 sacred steps as a heart-centered ritual, paired with affirmations to support self-reflection and healing. Each participant will be invited to choose colors intuitively, reflect on personal affirmations, and infuse their Sri Yantra with meaning.

What to expect:

•. A brief introduction to the Sri Yantra and its spiritual symbolism

• Guided affirmation practice to set a personal intention

• Mindful coloring in a peaceful, supportive atmosphere

• Time for reflection and optional group sharing

• Tea, snacks, and social time to close the class in community

• Each participant will take home their completed Sri Yantra—a personal artwork to bless and energize your space

What is a Sri Yantra: A yantra is an ancient meditation tool that can be used to focus the mind and connect with the Divine. The Sri-yantra is considered to be one of the most powerful and effective yantras as it contains the power of all creation. The Sri-yantra has been used for thousands of years to attract spiritual and material wealth, support physical, emotional and mental well-being and to purify the environment.

No artistic experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to connect with yourself through sacred art.

Class will be skillfully guided by Sri Yantra certified teacher Karuna.
