SOULSPEAK INNER PEACE GUIDED MEDITATION CIRCLE:
Join us for a peaceful ,centering guided meditation that will bring you to a state of inner calm. The channeled meditation will be Reiki infused and focus on the principles of Breath, Silence, Stillness, and Surrender. Allow yourself this time of Serenity to touch what is God for you. Following , we will have a circle discussion about any messages, visuals, sensations, experiences that we had during the meditation. We will also discuss what Inner Peace is, and means for us individually and as a group consciousness.
Date: Sunday, June, 29, after church service, apprx. Noon start. (You can attend even if you can't make it to church service) Church service starts at 10:30 am, all welcome as well.
Time: 1.5 hrs( but join for as much as you can)
Who: Adults & children over age 14
*If you are not attending church service that day, I recommend you text me to register. (585-224-5346) That way if the circle is canceled for any reason, I will have your contact info to notify you.
Where: Plymouth Spiritualist Church, Vick Park A, Rochester, NY

Facilitator: Sherry is a Reiki Master Practitioner, Intuitive and has been leading Spirit circles locally for many years in a local woman's shelter & the community, with the intent to guide people back to their inner light & personal power.
WHAT TO BRING: Journal & pen, Yoga mat if you so desire.
