Shimmies and Sways Workshop

From the classic shimmies of the traditional dancer to the hip sways of the more modern tribal dancer, this class will explore all the ways your pelvis can move! Beautiful choreography with lively music will let each student immerse themselves in their movement. Desert Rhythms loves to open up their sisterhood to all and share their love of belly dance. Students can feel comfortable and confident as the troupe sisters are there to help you discover the way you can move through laughs and fun! This class is meant for all bodies, all ages and beginner to intermediate levels. Dress comfortably in your favorite workout attire, shoes are optional.
