Sauvage et Sauvage: A Yellowstone Bourbon Cocktail Dinner

This dinner will showcase the intricate ways American heritage in distilling complements the fine flavors of French cookery. Yellowstone Bourbon cocktails from Paul Diaz will be paired with the inspired cuisine from chef Andreas Petsos.

Thursday, June 5th at Cure (50 Public Market). Ticket includes a 5 course dinner, cocktail and spirit pairings, hospitality, and tax. We kindly request that you notify us of any dietary restrictions a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Part of the 2025 Rochester Cocktail Revival.
