Meet on the beach in front of Park Lot A
Open-Water Swimming (OWS) with our buoy lines! No better way to prep for race day than open-water swimming as a group (no safer way either). Wetsuits optional but you'll probably need it most of this summer.
A cold adult (or non-adult) beverage post-workout is a-OK! π
If you plan to run, please secure your belongings in your vehicles before you begin.
NOTE: All workouts subject change, delay, or cancellation based on weather and water conditions.
NOT A RATs MEMBER? First workout's on us π but respectfully purchase a membership if you'd like to continue.
BEGINNERS WELCOME: It's a workout, not a race and this is the perfect setting to train. If you're new to the club, sport, or the workout, please identify yourself at check-in and a coach or an experienced RAT will assist you.
Not comfortable with a part of the workout? No worries, You do You and whatever gear you have is just fine. So whether you're fast, slow, or somewhere in between....you belong!
