Golden Hour: August Beer Dinner

Summer may not last forever, but great beer moments do. This beer pairing dinner is our way of saying “cheers” to the season with four courses and four brews that show off the best of late-summer flavor.

Course 1 • Blueberry Peach Summer Salad
spring + spinach mix, shaved almonds, peaches, feta, onion, and bacon with blueberry vinaigrette
Paired with Bavarian Hefe

Course 2 • Don't Be Crabby, Cod Cake
just like a crab cake without the crab; tender cod, panko, celery, green onion, and bell pepper; wood-fired to perfection with a side of house-made tartar sauce
Paired with Hoochenanny Czech Pils

Course 3 • The Haute Hen
chicken quarter over yellow rice with broccolini and a lemon pepper garlic cream sauce
Paired with Thoughtful Conclusion Belgian Tripel

Course 4 • Fudge Brownie Sundae
with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup
Paired with Oktoberfest
