Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast will be at ROCovery every 2nd Monday of the month at 5:45 PM. Enjoy moving to the most upbeat themed playlists while gaining strength and building community. This class is great for a variety of fitness levels.

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.

All our classes and events are free and open to anyone with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. First time participants, please fill out a membership questionnaire here: https://www.rocoveryfitness.org/membership.html
