If you’re a woman who’s looking for a faith-based healthy and fitness community to help you learn how to nourish and move your body in ways that truly honor God’s creation…this is the space for you!

Come join in on a pop-up event that will include:
•Time in scripture, meditating on what it means to truly care for and honor your body in a way that is pleasing to God🙏🏻
•A functional strength training group workout, geared towards building a strong and supportive foundation for your body, plus getting in a good sweat💪🏻
•Refreshments and post workout fuel
•Time to connect with community and a chat around common women’s health struggles🤍

What to bring:
•A Bible
•Hydration!
•A Yoga mat (optional but if you have one, recommended)

Cost: $35 per person and the cap for this event is 25 people - so make sure to save your spot if you don’t want to miss out!
