CIRCLE OF LIGHT HEALING REIKI WORKSHOP AT UpDog Yoga Rochester: Be immersed In A Circle Of Light And Healing Energy with a combination of group and individualized healing!

Reiki Master Marjorie creates a sacred space for combined group and individualized energy healing as part of an intimate gathering. We begin with a short guided meditation and setting individual healing intentions. Each participant then lays down and relaxes around the circle of light, complete with healing crystals on and around you, as Marjorie performs Reiki on the group.

As the energy is raised, Marjorie is then drawn to each person in the circle to perform her unique blend of individualized healing which can include Reiki, crystals and light language depending on individual needs.

Light language is a method of frequency transmission using words, sounds and even singing channeled from universal energies which brings sound and energy from spirit into the physical. It is a form of sound healing that can help us connect with higher realms of consciousness. It is said to be the language of the soul, and can be used to communicate with guides and higher selves.

Sharing this experience as a group increases the healing energy for all and gives everyone an opportunity to share experiences and insight following the healing work, while fostering giving and receiving in a well supported environment.

Space is limited to allow individualized energy healing time and attention.
